The current versions of WMQ is not completely compatible with Windows
terminal server, however v 5.3 may support it.
For now, using Windows terminal server, bring up the MQSeries Explorer and
use the right-click option on the Queue Managers icon and select the Show
Queue Manager... option. In that option, choose the Show a Remote Queue
Manager and fill in the fields with your qmgr name and address. Click OK,
and that should create a copy of your queue manager icon. Use the copy to
do your administration (ignore the local, original qmgr icon).
You still may have problems using RUNMQSC command line utility with Windows
terminal server.

Subject: QMGR administration with MS Terminal Server
(PROTOm@il:200206181015 CENTROSIM)
Hi all,
Does anybody knows how it will be possible to manage a Windows QMGR
using a terminal server client?
I am just able to START/STOP the QMGR, but not to see the queue & channels.
Thanks.
