Does anyone have pointers to docs that explain how UTF gets handled in MQ, it's relationship to the CCSID and encoding values and whether MQ or Java handles the conversions? We have an international team wanting to send and receive UTF-16 and a US team who is sending UTF-8 using Java and we're not sure what to tell them to use in the header and whether to use the convert option.
