Thanks to all who responded to my query. The CCSID 37 on Z/OS with the 437 on NT worked just fine. I was having problems with the older utility program in the IH03 support pac. Once I updated the support pac from the most current one I was able to view the records in the queue correctly. Thanks again to all.
