Hello Samuel, The is no "classic" MQ client on AS/400 - iSeries platform. The only MQ Client available is Java. So il your program on site A is cobol, you have to use (and install, and pay) the full product on both sides.
AS/400 and Cobol docs are available on the IBM web sites. Are you looking for a specific one ? Regards, LMD.
