Hi all,

the very best editor in the world - and also available on Windows and on
mainframes (when you use USS, ish ...) is:

vi

;-)

At least to me, "vi" is one of the most powerful and especially fastest
editors. I also know the ISPF editor and others (mainframes, VMS etc.). I do
not think, that other editors are so different from "vi" (except, you are using
"WinWord" :-o ). They all have many functionalities, which are only slightly
different realized ...

I like "vi" (but my collegue on the other side of the desk - I guess - would
prefer the ISPF editor :-D )

Hubert
