Fixed a (very minor!) bug that meant that $weekstarts was ignored in email
notifications and repeat entries covering more than one day of the week were
listed starting at the wrong place. For example if $weekstarts=1 (ie Mon)
and a weekly repeat is made for Sat and Sun, the email notification listed them
as Sun, Sat instead of Sat, Sun.
