Partially fixed a problem to do with the handling of All Day bookings crossing
a DST boundary. It's not a complete fix - I've just made the handling mirror
that of ordinary (non All Day) bookings - and I decided to leave fixing it
properly until the Deprecated is_dst issue is tackled.
