[rrd-developers] tiny buglet: GPRINT with plain % in legend doesn't work too well

For graphing CPUBusy, NRG generated 

     <RRD::GRAPH [...]
     GPRINT:busy:AVERAGE:"%6.2lf % ave"
     GPRINT:busy:MAX:"%6.2lf % max"
     GPRINT:busy:LAST:"%6.2lf % last\n"

which gets rendered as, for example, 

 " 11.23 % ave  13.00 Successax   7.00 % ast"

(give or take some spaces.)

Using "%%" works a-okay.
