I am getting this error:

There is no cgi.lo, and there is no rule to make it.  I started looking at
this, but quickly noticed that there is a lot going on that would take me a
while to understand.  So I'm hoping that someone more involved with this
makefile change would perhaps more quickly find the problem.  Thanks.
