This does seem to be a Cisco bug, where bulkget and get offers different
results:

# snmpwalk -c <community> dk-osd-a7.dk.telia.net ifDescr | grep 71
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr.71 = Serial8/0/0.1/3/2/3:0
# snmpget -c <community> dk-osd-a7.dk.telia.net ifDescr.71
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr.71 = Serial8/0/0.1/3/4/2:0

I've escalated the issue to Cisco TAC.
