Nothing special (unless you use SELINUX in which case you'll need to do a 
couple more steps), just use the normal installation instructions as come with 
MRTG.  There are RPMs available if you prefer to use these.  You can download 
an ISO image of a CD containing all the latest packages plus RPMs for Redhat 
and other OS from http://ftp.auckland.ac.nz/iso/mrtg-rrd-routers2-v16.iso
