}Ive seen alot of example graphs on the web for System load }average. What is= } the purpose of multiplying the output by 100?
AFAIK this was due to the fact that older versions of mrtg would not accept non-integers as input. The two places to the right of the decimal point are usually pretty important when considering unix load averages, so mult by 100 and poof, mrtg records and plots it. This is no longer necessary if you're using rrdtool mode, as rrdtool will take non-integer input just fine. I don't know whether or not the latest versions of rateup support non-integers. -- Attached file removed by Ecartis and put at URL below -- -- Type: application/ms-tnef -- Size: 2k (2189 bytes) -- URL : http://www.ee.ethz.ch/~slist/pantomime/35-WINMAIL.DAT -- Unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archive http://www.ee.ethz.ch/~slist/mrtg FAQ http://faq.mrtg.org Homepage http://www.mrtg.org WebAdmin http://www.ee.ethz.ch/~slist/lsg2.cgi
