Hi Carlos,

I did that, but the only two 'extra' interfaces are the software loopback
and default vlan.

Did you try to obtain the interfaces info generating a config file?
I mean, using the commands:
perl cfgmaker [EMAIL PROTECTED] ip --global "WorkDir: d:\inetpub\wwwroot\mrtg"
--global "options[_]: growright,bits" --ifref=ip --output mrtg.cfg

With this command you can obtain the total info interfaces of an equipment
such a router or switch.

Hope it helps.

Subject: [mrtg] OID for switch internal backbone

Hi all,

Is there a way to monitor the traffic throughput on the internal backbone of
HP Switches (2524 & 4108gl) instead of monitoring all the ports separately?
In other words, who knows some oid's to get this information?
