Mrtg.org is NOT an alias for www.mrtg.org; www.mrtg.org IS an alias for mrtg.org.
It is likely that the webhosting provider is performing name-based virtual hosting. It's perfectly OK to have more than one website on a single IP address. Unfortunately, the virtual website hasn't been set up for mrtg.org, and the www.twentycent.net site happens to be the default site for this server.
