Add one more 0 to your absmax or maxbytes line. The number you are trying to graph is larger than 1,000,000,000.

Long story short, thousands of customers were configured to ping this router as a test of connectivity, a very bad thing considering how the routers handle localized ping traffic. Graphing it is a way of showing management how bad it is.
