i am trying to run MRTG-2.9.17-8 on redhat 8.0. when i run /usr/bin/mrtg /etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg i get the following error Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected non-continuation byte 0xe0, immediately af ter start byte 0xed) at /usr/bin/../lib/mrtg2/locales_mrtg.pm line 267. Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected non-continuation byte 0x20, immediately af ter start byte 0xe0) at /usr/bin/../lib/mrtg2/locales_mrtg.pm line 267. Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected non-continuation byte 0xfa, immediately af ter start byte 0xe1) at /usr/bin/../lib/mrtg2/locales_mrtg.pm line 267.
