What value do you get when you run an SNMPGET or GETIF? I'd be surprised if it was less than 100 (your current maxbytes and absmax settings) as most SNMP memory readings are in bytes (IME). look in 10.192.101.249_MEMA.log, does it have anything in it at all?

If not, MRTG will try to do math on the data and convert it to octets per second. Mrtg seems to get a value of 0 all the time. What could be the problem?
