I've tried this to monitor the perl process, but there are 20 different =
perl
processes, all called just "perl.exe".  How could I distinguish between
them.  Thanks

why not try this one, ProcMon works swell sending trap in to WUG when =
ever a
process is being down or up, depending on youre goal.
