Hi, did you find the solution? I'm having the very same. Regards, David -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Leonard Miller Sent: Friday, December 13, 2002 6:53 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [mrtg] Malformed UTF-8 character messages
Running mrtg-2.9.25 on RedHat 8, Dell poweredge 350. When i run mrtg, /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/mrtg, I get a lot of messages like this: Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected non-continuation byte 0x20, immediately after start byte 0xcf) at /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/../lib/mrtg2/locales_mrtg.pm line 4997. Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected non-continuation byte 0x2e, immediately after start byte 0xf0) at /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/../lib/mrtg2/locales_mrtg.pm line 5107. I was running 2.9.17 but uninstalled it and installed the current version. Does anybody know what causes that and how to fix it?
