I was wondering if anyone had a better to show negative numbers other than tuning each rrd file. I am using mrtg with rrdtool to monitor almost 3000 devices each having 4 targets.
Here is a copy of one config. #### Transmit Power ##### Title[TxPwr-ipaddress]: Transmit Power Target[TxPwr-ipaddress]: docsIfCmStatusTxPower.2&docsIfCmStatusTxPower.2:[EMAIL PROTECTED] MaxBytes[TxPwr-ipaddress]:600 PageTop[TxPwr-ipaddress]:
Transmit Power
Options[TxPwr-ipaddress]: absolute, gauge, nopercent ShortLegend[TxPwr-ipaddress]: dBmV YLegend[TxPwr-ipaddress]: TxPwr (dBmV /10) Legend1[TxPwr-ipaddress]: Legend2[TxPwr-ipaddress]: LegendI[TxPwr-ipaddress]: TxPwr Lvl LegendO[TxPwr-ipaddress]: Unscaled[TxPwr-ipaddress]: dwmy #### Receive Power ##### Title[RxPwr-ipaddress]: Receive Power Target[RxPwr-ipaddress]: docsIfDownChannelPower.3&docsIfDownChannelPower.3:[EMAIL PROTECTED] MaxBytes[RxPwr-ipaddress]:200 PageTop[RxPwr-ipaddress]:
Receive Power
Options[RxPwr-ipaddress]: absolute, gauge, nopercent ShortLegend[RxPwr-ipaddress]: dBmV YLegend[RxPwr-ipaddress]: RxPwr (dBmV /10) Legend1[RxPwr-ipaddress]: Legend2[RxPwr-ipaddress]: LegendI[RxPwr-ipaddress]: RxPwr Lvl LegendO[RxPwr-ipaddress]: ### Receive Signal-to-Noise Ratio ### Title[SNR-ipaddress]: Receive Signal-to-Noise Ratio Target[SNR-ipaddress]: docsIfSigQSignalNoise.3&docsIfSigQSignalNoise.3:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Maxbytes[SNR-ipaddress]: 500 PageTop[SNR-ipaddress]:
Receive Signal-to-Noise Ratio
Options[SNR-ipaddress]: absolute, gauge, nopercent ShortLegend[SNR-ipaddress]: dB YLegend[SNR-ipaddress]: RxSNR (dB /10) Legend1[SNR-ipaddress]: Legend2[SNR-ipaddress]: LegendO[SNR-ipaddress]: LegendI[SNR-ipaddress]:Rx SNR Unscaled[SNR-ipaddress]: dwmy #### MicroReflections ##### Title[MicroRef-ipaddress]: MicroReflections Target[MicroRef-ipaddress]: docsIfSigQMicroreflections.3&docsIfSigQMicroreflections.3:[EMAIL PROTECTED] dress MaxBytes[MicroRef-ipaddress]:100 PageTop[MicroRef-ipaddress]:
MicroReflections
Options[MicroRef-ipaddress]: absolute, gauge, nopercent ShortLegend[MicroRef-ipaddress]: dBc YLegend[MicroRef-ipaddress]: MicRef (dBc) Legend1[MicroRef-ipaddress]: Legend2[MicroRef-ipaddress]: LegendI[MicroRef-ipaddress]: MicRef LegendO[MicroRef-ipaddress]: Unscaled[MicroRef-ipaddress]: dwmy The problem right now would be I would have to tune each RxPwr because it is most of the time a negative number. Is there any script or some way to set the cfg to show the negative number with no intervention from me?
