What makes me think that you didn't do it, was that you did not find the
section that gives an example of how to do EXACTLY what you asked for.
I quote:

By default mrtg produces 4 graphs. With this option you can suppress the
generation of selected graphs. The option value syntax is analogous to the
above two options. In this example we suppress the yearly graph as it is
quite empty in the beginning.
Example:
 Suppress[ezwf]: y

So if you had searched for "Yearly", you would have found it


Of course, if you meant to ask, how do I apply the "Suppress" option to
globally affect ALL interfaces, then you would be needing the "Default"
part of the Reference manual:

Default Values
The target name '_' specifies a default value for that Keyword.
