That in it self may be true, however the big difference between
influencing routers by measuring them and influencing subatomic
particles is that the former is predictable whereas the latter
is not.

Monitor a router's interface and you can tell what the value would
have been if you had not measured it (provided that you know certain
characteristics such as query and response size, path to the router)
and what it was at the moment you measured it.

After measuring the state of a particle, you cannot tell what its
state was before measuring it nor what it is at that moment.

But I am certain this is getting off topic :)
