This one is easy and answered in the archives.

Your GD, PNG and Z libraries are probably installed in /usr/local/lib and
configure is looking for them in /usr/lib   Use the switches as suggested or
create links to the libraries in /usr/lib.  

This of course assumes you have actually installed the libraries.
