I'm still troubleshooting the negative value graphing issue I'm having (http://24.123.87.13/img/misgraphed.png) and so I'm trying to gather some information to figure out where the problem might lie.
For anyone successfully graphing negative values in MRTG: Are you using 14all, mrtg-rrd or routers2? What tuning options did you use on your .rrd files? Did you have to do anything else in order to get the graph to display properly?
