MRTG *MUST* have two counters, even if they are the same and one is ignored.
Try:

MaxBytes[ezwf]: 10000
Title[ezwf] : test title
Options[ezwf] : noo

See how I'm using the same counter *twice* and then using the 'noo' option
to ignore the second.  This will give you the green block graph -- if you
prefer a blue line, use 'noi' instead to ignore the first of the pair.
