On a redhat machine I found its easier to set this variable in the i18n file in the /etc/sysconfig directory. There was nothing else that I run that has yet been effected. (linus)[/etc/sysconfig]root# cat i18n LANG="C" SUPPORTED="en_AU:en" SYSFONT="latarcyrheb-sun16" And flame on its great to test my spam filters on this list.
