So I could build a template with traffic, CPU, memory, etc and just use that with mrtg cfgmaker whenever I run my initial scan. Great, I'll have to look into how to do this exactly, but thanks.

Thanks again. You can do this by using a host template when you build your config. routers2.cgi will display it if your config contains it. But, you have to have it in your config (and logging data) before routers2.cgi (or any other front-end) can show it to you. host templates are what you want to play with.
