Hi, in the last month I start to monitoring CPU, Memory and Temperature of many routers and switch L3 in my corporate network. During this time I collect a set of working (very important ^_^) templates, in many cases modified to get the right Object ID. Often the same router device (for example the CPU on 7206 VXR NPE 300) have a different object ID in different IOS version, even if closer. Inlet and outlet temperature in 12.2 is: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.1&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.3 instead in 12.3 is: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.1&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.2
The last number is different, 3 in 12.2 and 2 in 12.3. Very friendly! :) BTW, in the attached file you can find them. I've test these templates on: Cisco Routers: 12008, 7513, 7204, 7206VXR, 7301 SB-1 Cisco Catalyst: 4908G L3, 2948G You also load in mrtg.cfg this MIB files: LoadMibs: /usr/share/snmp/mibs/CISCO-SMI-V1SMI.my LoadMibs: /usr/share/snmp/mibs/CISCO-TC-V1SMI.my LoadMibs: /usr/share/snmp/mibs/CISCO-PROCESS-MIB-V1SMI.my LoadMibs: /usr/share/snmp/mibs/CISCO-MEMORY-POOL-MIB-V1SMI.my LoadMibs: /usr/share/snmp/mibs/CISCO-ENVMON-MIB-V1SMI.my You can download these from Cisco: http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/Support/Mibbrowser/mibinfo.pl?tab=4 I hope my mail could be usefull for many MRTG users.
