I have found that we can have this problem if you're using MSIE and the caching options are set wrong. If they are set to 'Automatically' then it uses some annoying aggressive Microsoft formula that involves ignoring the cache headers. You should instead use 'Every visit to the page' which stops this sort of incorrect caching. The 'Automatic' option can even result in pages being shown when the server is down, or not updating even though the original was sent with 'no-cache' headers. Steve
