When reviewing the log from NTFilmon, most files that show "FILE NOT FOUND" are eventually found on subsequent entries (other paths). One that isn't though is "MSWin32-x86-multi-thread" (a perl directory or file).
Could either of these two reasons be why the cpu spikes?
