When reviewing the log from NTFilmon, most files that show "FILE NOT FOUND"
are eventually found on subsequent entries (other paths).  One that isn't
though is "MSWin32-x86-multi-thread" (a perl directory or file). 

Could either of these two reasons be why the cpu spikes?

On Win2k3, MRTG 2.10.14, RRD ??, and Cron as an NT Service. When running 4
cfg files, 2 use snmp and 2 use External scripts (WMI) to get data.  The CPU
spikes to 100% when it runs every minute.  Is that expected?
