Im currently running the MRTG logs through the rrdTool, and the last two csv output fields of the first record are displayed as the following.
% Packet Loss <cr><lf> in <cr><lf> % | % Packet Loss <cr><lf> in<cr><lf> % 100 | 100 So the data is getting into the log files, but not graphing on the second field. I'm thinking that the problem is because both field names are identical and cannot be used in 2.10.14. Where can I change these fields? Oh, and the AbsMax line is set to 101. P.S. I also upgraded to the mrtg from 2.9.29 to 2.10.14 Many Thanks Cheers, -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Eric Brander Sent: Wednesday, 28 July 2004 10:48 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [mrtg] Re: Packet Loss Graph Display Problem Adam Dale wrote: > Hello all, > I recently loaded my existing cfg files > from our windows server to our linux server. > > MRTG 2.10.14 > Linux Redhat 9 > > All runs well except the packet loss graphs > are only green lines, instead of a blue line > and green area. > > I double checked the mrtg-ping-probe an it > is producing two values as expected (in/out). > > However the graph is only displaying the first > variable. > > Here is a sample of the config. ~snip~ Take a look at the .log file and see if both values are on the 1st line. May even want to post the top 5 lines of the log to the list. Also, is the 2nd value less than AbsMax (101)?
