Yes, I monitor a couple of dozen routers and switches on MRTG and all are
running as a damon. I attempted to configure them so that they would run
from only 1 or 2 .cfg files - like a master.cfg with include statements but
never could get it working correctly. So each has it's own .cfg file for the
time being.  I'm researching the docs for my original question, but have not
found anything thus far to point me in the right direction.  I'll continue
searching.
