Nope, not unless you know it won't ever go below some value and want to do
something like `<value> + 100` and then remember to read the graph as +100
over the actual value.
I asked this same question on this list maybe 2 years ago and got a lot of
"use rrdtool" responses :-) My application is to measure temperatures...
