Gareth, Since MRTG does collect the right data the problem has to be somewhere in your config file. Two things that come in mind: 1. Check if the Maxbytes value for this graph is not set too low. Everything above the Maxbytes values is ignored by MRTG unless you also use Absmax. In that case everything above Absmax is ignored. 2. Check if "Gauge" is included in the options line for the specific graph. Without "Gauge" MRTG calculates the rate per second, wich makes no sense if you are graphing CPU utilization, temperature, etc.
If this does not solve the problem please post te relevant part of your MRTG.cfg to this list.
