Note also that if you are running this as a cron every 5 minutes, you cannot use 'RunAsDaemon: Yes'. If you do, the daemon is still running in the background with a lock file on your config when the next one attempts to kick off.

Has your config file got so big that it takes more then 5 minutes to process it. Are you trying to process the config file more then every 5 minutes? When was the lock file created?
