Peeps,

We have 2 diff styles of 6509 Cisco switches in use and
have been having issues enabling 64 bit counters.

2 machines work perfect with this cfgmaker options.

./cfgmaker --snmp-options=:::::2 [EMAIL PROTECTED] -o help.cfg

we get these responses on some of the interfaces

--base: snmpget [EMAIL PROTECTED]:::::2:v4only for ifHighSpeed.208 -> 0
Mb/s
--base: snmpget [EMAIL PROTECTED]:::::2:v4only for ifHCInOctets.208 ->
--base: check for HighspeedCounters failed ... Dropping back to V1

and then on the working ones

--base: snmpget [EMAIL PROTECTED]:::::2:v4only for ifHighSpeed.171 ->
0 Mb/s
--base: snmpget [EMAIL PROTECTED]:::::2:v4only for
ifHCInOctets.171 -> 5258407777344
--base: check for HighspeedCounters failed ... Dropping back to V1

This seems very releated to what its called an unrouted Vlan ?

Has anyone seen this or any experience with this on 6509 and can help me ?

Thanks
Martin
