Matt, Your config file is not complete. What output do you get when running your cfgmaker command?

Note that the host is an internal address and won't resolve externally, but it does locally for me so that shouldn't be a problem. The target system has just a base install of snmpd running on it. I also added a trailing / to my WorkDir option.
