SetEnv[myrouter]: EMAIL="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"

When I have a Threshold program being executed, how are these variables
passed to it?
How do I use them in a script? I've tried $EMAIL, $HOST, $URL and $SetEnv[]
with no success.
