There could be some problems with counter wrap too.  Granted....far less
common when enabling SNMPv2 but it still exists.  I don't think there is any
way for MRTG to know when one of the 3 counters wraps around when using this
format.

Another option would be to use routers2.cgi (thanks Mr. Shipway) to draw the
graphs.  That way you could still have the individual graphs then use a user
define graph that combines the output into one pretty graph.
