I found a way with indexmaker, using the --filter option with name, and using carefully contructed names in targets, I can make indexes for each host, and create a master index using one graph from each host, say, eth0 (linux), then have the graph link to that hosts index. Thanks for the responses, I'm reconfigging mrtg now.
