Thank you, I have tried that combination as well as others. When I remove that line or remark it out, only the "srvany.exe" MRTG service loads. The “wperl" service still does not load. I can only get the "wperl" command to load when I start it from a command line.
In addition I've added the following items to my registry which seems to have no effect. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MRTG\Parameters] "Application"="c:\\perl\\bin\\wperl.exe" "AppParameters"="c:\\mrtg-2.16.1\\bin\\mrtg --logging=eventlog c:\\mrtg-2.16.1\\bin\\mrtg.cfg" "AppDirectory"="c:\\mrtg-2.16.1\\bin\\" -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Eric Brander Sent: Tuesday, April 22, 2008 1:08 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [mrtg] New to MRTG for Windows On Tue, Apr 22, 2008 at 12:48 PM, Sales, Alexis <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > start /Dc:\mrtg-2.16.1\bin wperl mrtg --logging=eventlog mrtg.cfg > Remove or comment out that line. It does not belong in the config file. _______________________________________________ mrtg mailing list [email protected] https://lists.oetiker.ch/cgi-bin/listinfo/mrtg No virus found in this incoming message.
