Ok, you are using snmp v2, but then trying to fall back to use 32-bit counters?

The default would be (using 64 bit counters)

Target[172.25.20.1_1_IntUtil]: 1:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:::::2

to swap the order, do:

Target[172.25.20.1_1_IntUtil]: -1:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:::::2

If you really don't have HC counters, you can add

noHC[172.25.20.1_1_IntUtil]: yes

But, if you want to persist in using the ifInOctets bit, then you can
swap them with:
Target[172.25.20.1_1_IntUtil]: ifOutOctets.1&ifInOctets.1:[EMAIL
PROTECTED]:::::2
