If you are using MRTG in native mode (IE, not RRDtool) then the html pages will 
be created along with the images each time you run MRTG on the configuration 
file(s).  You may need to use indexmaker (see other email) to generate an index 
page.  See http://www.mrtg.com/ for the MRTG documentation.

If you are using MRTG in RRDtool mode, then only the rrd database files are 
created and updated when you run MRTG.  Then, you need to install a frontend 
package such as routers2 or 14all which is a CGI script that creates the pages 
and images when they are required.  See http://www.steveshipway.org/software/ 
for Routers2 information.
