If you use MRTG with RRDtool, then use the Routers2 frontend and you will get 95th Percentile calculations when enabled in the routers2.conf. However, these are as a specified number at the bottom rather than as a line on the graph.
The only way to do this at the moment is to write your own script to generate the graph image. However it's a request that's on the Routers2 'to-do' list - its not been done yet because in the existing code, the graph is generated before the 95th Percentile calculations and it will require some major code flow changes to achieve.
