Have you tried Googling for (for example) 'cisco 2801 mib cpu'
(without the quotes, of course).
If you have SNMP tools (eg: snmpwalk) available, you can check
the availability of the OID you're interested in before
creating the MRTG configuration. Problems which may arise
include restriction in your Cisco configuration either for
SNMP in general or for certain parts of the MIB.
