Sorry I already fix it using ` quotes. But now it gives a warning
"WARNING : Problem with External get "perl ''c:\mrtg-2.16.2\bin\inno.pl': 
expected a Number for 'out' but nothing'
Error: target[SOC][_out_] ' $target->[0]{$mode} ' did not eval into defined 
data"

Are you certain that

(1) you used backquotes ` and not normal quotes '
(2) you have the .pl extension assosciated with Perl (IE, you can double-click 
on a .pl program and it runs)
(3) the file in question really exists
