This would fix the display by scaling the Y-Axis to cancel out the scaling caused by the Factor[_] directive. Surely it would be better to just not have the Factor[_] in there in the first place and then you'd not need ot use YTicsFactor to rescale the y-axis to hide it?
Also, if you ever move to RRDTool with a different frontend, you'll get the problem back again since routers2, mrtg-rrd and 14all don't support YTicsFactor (14all may support it now?)
