Only if you are using MRTG/RRD with Routers2 as the frontend, or you roll your own graphing frontend. If you have Native mode (IE, no RRDTool) then it is not possible. If you are using MRTG/RRD/Routers2, then take a look at the routers2.cgi*Graph[] directive to make user defined summary graphs, which can do this easily.
