I believe it does, provided that 1) You use MRTG 2.16.x (this may not be required?) 2) You use RRDTool 1.3.x or 1.4.x (otherwise it doesnt have the features of course) 3) You run MRTG in daemon mode (rather than via a cron job or similar, so it can cache and bulk write)
