Ask the person who set up your network!

Normally, your gateway IP would be the IP of the first router.  However, you 
need to be sure that you have the correct community string for this device, 
that it is configured to accept SNMP queries from your IP, and that it is an 
'intelligent' device (IE, that it even supports SNMP at all).  If you are on a 
home network, then it is very likely your router has a default installation to 
disable SNMP, or even does not support it.  Check your router configuration.
